As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for the maximum refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must also be in the original packaging.
On many returns, a 20% re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund. This varies brand to brand and is up to the discretion of the brand manufacturer. As dealers, we are required to follow the refund policies of the individual brand manufacturers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting us.
Perishable goods such as food or supplements are exempt from being return or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, or VHS tape that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed with a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note: for many items this amount is subject to the deduction of a 20% re-stocking fee - as per the policy of the specific brand manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. After this we will issue an exchange authorization and specify the address to ship your item to. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
While our general mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste Sheridan, WY 82801,USA, a different shipping address may be provided depending upon the product. Please contact us before shipping your return so that we can generate a return authorization (RMA) and specify the correct shipping address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. If we issue a shipping call-tag for your return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
